9.00am School day starts  

10.45am – 11.00am 1st Break

12.30pm – 1.00pm   2nd Break

1.40pm Infant Classes finish  

2.40pm 1st to 6th Classes finish

The Curriculum

The Curriculum on offer at Scoil Eoin is both comprehensive and varied. The school has long been associated with high standards in Irish, English and Mathematics. The areas of Social, Environmental & Scientific Studies, sports, music and creative activities also hold a central place in the curriculum.

Additional Curricular Activities

The school offers a wide range of additional curricular activities for all children.

Examples include:

Coding, chess, drama, yoga, Irish dancing, traditional music, choir, swimming, horticulture, debating, orienteering, spikeball, rugby, GAA coaching.

The children’s involvement in sports, music, quizzes and other events is encouraged. Facilities are provided for the playing of hurling, camogie, football, rugby, volleyball and basketball. The Parents Association organises an annual Sports Day where everybody is encouraged to take part in a variety of sporting and novelty events.
